Teleferico

Teleférico is Spanish for cable car. And this cable car, which can be visited from Benalmádena, takes you into the mountains in a glass gondola. From here you can enjoy the views and take a few walks.

Hiking

Conquer Andalusia’s most iconic peak: La Concha. This energetic hike offers panoramic views of the stunning Sierra Blanca mountain range and the coastline of the spectacular Costa del Sol.

Ski / Snowboard

Ski at Pradollano in the Sierra Nevada mountains about 30 km from Granada town. The ski season varies depending on weather conditions, usually from late November to late April.

Mountainbike

As Andalusia is essentially a rural region, there are mountain bike routes starting at the outskirts of every town, including on theCosta del Sol. Routes are generally not marked. This is not a big problem and in general, if there is a track in the open countryside, it is good to follow it.

Ronda is a beautiful village in the south of Spain. It is located in the Andalusia region and is part of the White Villages route. Ronda is perhaps the most beautiful and nicest village in Andalusia and you should definitely visit it during your trip.

Harbor

The harbor of the seaside resort of Benalmadena is a paradise for those who love boats. It is beautiful. all buildings, holiday apartments and beautiful boats from all over the world have been built.

Caminito del Rey

The Caminito del Rey was long known as one of the most dangerous hiking trails in Europe. In the meantime, walking has become a lot safer, but obviously no less impressive.

Castillo de Colomares

This is an old castle near Benalmádena and is dedicated to Christopher Columbus. The castle itself is not that big and can be combined with, for example, the Butterfly Garden.

Stupa Temple

Built in 2005, this snow-white Stupa is one of the largest Buddhist temples in all of Europe. With its high location, it is a good destination for both beautiful views and soaking up culture.
